Social Media is creating a massive increase in variety resulting in a great increase in complexity at the organizational perimeter. This complexity is softening,  even dissolving the identifiable boundaries between 'inside' and 'outside'.

According to the calendar, summer ends on 21 Sept.  But for many of us, the end of August/beginning of September marks the unofficial end of "fun in the sun" and a last opportunity to squeeze in a summer vacation.

In the spirit of fostering relaxation and rejuvenation, we'll take a break from Innochat and resume on 6 September - framing post coming soon.
