The framing presentation gives some background and context for the questions.

For easy reference, here are the 3 big questions (or question sets):

We hosted a successful live Innochat on Mon., March 14, at the 2011 SXSW Interactive Festival. But that's not all that went on. SXSWi welcomed 19,000 participants, 10 locations, and hundreds of scheduled sessions in tracks ranging from business to journalism to design to social media. Parties hosted by established companies and startups alike offered chances to learn from each other. There are also two other SXSW components that happen during the same week -- the film conference and the music conference.

Last week when we were chatting about innovation vs execution, I tweeted this:

We are using "innovation" 3 diff ways. 1. an overall process 2. a strategy 3. an outcome. Fortunately not tripping up much....

Innovation or Execution?

Here's the impetus for this topic: This TechNewsWorld article, which argues that, contrary to popular belief. Apple is not a master of innovation but instead a master of execution, that Apple's success lies in its ability to out-execute others.

All donations go to help defray hosting, maintenance and domain name costs. Thanks!
